T-Learning (learning through digital television) has reached in the last years a considerable importance, concomitantly with the switch from analog to digital television occuring in many countries worldwide. The power of T-Learning derives from the recent development of added-value services on DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television) and on the great number of users who can benefit from it.
T-Learning may thus emerge as a strong vehicle for learning at home, especially in regions where Internet access is limited.
